Sunday June 24th 1pm
Police Museum tour followed by Devonshire tea. The Museum is set in the South Australia Police Barracks built in 1914, and depicts the history of crime and  deviance, and law enforcement, in South Australia. Thebarton Police Barracks, Port Road, Thebarton. Please contact Ann Rugless 0409942560

Sunday July 29th
Award presentations to GHS Members and book presentation to Jan and Graham Smith by Simon Birmingham  at the Dunes, Brighton at 4pm. Beth Duncan will speak on “Mary Thomas” and Happy Hour will follow.

Sunday August 26th
Happy Hour at the Jetty Hotel Glenelg at 4pm. Guest speaker Beth Duncan who will describe “Glenelg 1868—1900”.

Sunday 2nd September
BBQ Fund Raiser for GHS. This is our main money raising event and volunteers are needed. Please contact Jo Cole 0418809763 or

10.30am at the Old Gum Tree Glenelg North. Unveiling of Mary Thomas Plaque. More details tba.
